Kitty Cat Cafe and Adoption Lounge Inc

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable or educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The Kitty Cat Cafe and Adoption Lounge inc's purpose is to: 1) aid in the humane treatment of homeless cats in partnership with non- profit local rescue organizations by providing shelter, care, and where possible the Adoption of such cats as pets by individuals in the community; 2) to engage our local community in the effort to increase cat adoptions, promote cat welfare education, and strengthen the human-animal bond; 3) to provide for the raisingof funds through public and private donations, sales of goods, and paid admission events in order to further the purpose of the corporation
