Channing Hall Parent Teacher Organization

The purpose of our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to bridge the gap between home and school. By coordinating volunteers, hosting community events, and raising funds, the PTO directly enhances the educational experience and provides resources that school budgets cannot cover on their own. Fundraising: Organizing events like fun runs, benefit nights at restaurants, and assisting with book fairs; Community Building: Hosts social events like family fun nights; Volunteer Coordination: Recruiting and organizing parents to help in classrooms and during school events; Teacher Support: Shows appreciation to educators by providing meals during conferences and supplying classroom materials.
