The Washoe Education Support Professionals (WESP) is a union representing Education Support Professionals (esps) in the Washoe county school district. We advocate for fair pay, quality benefits, safe working conditions, and the dignity and respect every educator deserves. Through collective bargaining, legislative and political advocacy, and member-driven organizing, WESP works to improve the lives of our members while strengthening the public schools that serve our communities.
