The purpose of Valley View Community Cares, inc., is to provide, promote, encourage, foster and operate a quality learning center for youth, regardless of race, creed, color, national origin or gender, enhancing the growth and quality of life for the betterment of the Community through motivation and development of life skills and upward mobility towards the establishment of self esteem.
