Indio Police Officers John Rose Memorial Widows Emergency Scholars

Trust is created to devote and apply the trust funds as determined by the board in its sole discretion to the charitable or educational needs of the Indio Police departments' present and former employees, including but not limited to line-level, mid-management, and executive management, their dependents and survivors. And the property, assets, profits and net income of this trust are irrevocably dedicated to such core purposes.
