Operated exlusively for the charitable, educational, and scientific pruposes of supporting three bays preservation inc, a public charity exempt from taxation pursuant to section 501(c)(3). Such activities shall, at the direction of three bays preservation inc, be; to protect, maintain, and enhance the aquatic and related environment in the "three-bay area-; to educate the public and increase knowledge concerning the aquatic and related environment, especially the "three-bay area-; and to hold, maintain, and manage real property owned by three bays preservation inc in carrying out said organization's charitable mission.
