Arizona Region LA Salette Missionaries

The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for religious purposes within the meaning of Section 501c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, of which the primary activities shall be to manage the financial and temporal affairs of the Congregation of the Missionaries of Our Lady of LA Salette, a religious, charitable and educational association which promotes the Roman Catholic Religion, and as such to serve as the corporate embodiment of the Province. In conducting its religious purposes, the Corporation shall provide for the care of souls by such pastoral and mission services as shall be lawful and expedient.
