Save Open Space Hui

The corporation shall be organized to promote social welfare within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4), including but not limited to: (I) maintaining Open Space and natural resources by advocating for legislation, regulation, and government programs to preserve and protect the environment; (2) educating area residents, state, county, and federal officials on the value of preserving Open Space; and (3) informing area residents and government officials about development proposals that exceed zoning or general plan requirements and guidelines.
