Mcguire Memorial Rare Book Foundation Incorporated

This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. More specifically, this corporation exists for the purpose of maintaining a collection of rare Catholic books and making the contents of the collection available free of charge to the public, in particular to Catholic parishes, chapels, schools, and interested individuals, in furtherance of the education of the public in the Catholic theological, moral and literary traditions.
