Kansas Pet Protection Coalition Inc

Kansas Pet advocates, inc. (kpa) promotes the humane treatment of pet animals involved in commercial, shelter, rescue and adoption, and medical research activitivities. Kpa gathers, develops, compiles, shares, and disseminates information on issues related to pet animal health to the public and policymakers, and provides input into public policies aimed to position Kansas as a premier center for pet animal health. These activities are performed by the executive director and those employees and contractors that are hired and funded by donations and membership fees. One hundred percent of the corporation's budget is allocated to this activity. The activity of the organization is intended to improve the health and safety of pet animals in the state of Kansas through the promotion of humane breeding and adoption practices.
