To continue to create a platform to educate and connect traditional Chinese medicine herbalists and ecologically based us farmers to ensure access to strong, sustainable, locally grown Asian medicinal herbs and to support the conservation of these venerated Asian botanicals. LI has three primary programs that help educate and support us farmers and practitioners in the cultivation of regenerative, sustainable, high-quality, efficacious Asian herbs. The growers support group is a communication platform for the exchange of information where farmers can share experiences and help educate each other. Lis sales support program assists farmers in how to prepare Chinese medicinal herbs for market, assuring quality by evaluating samples and connecting them with opportunities for sale of their finished product. Free educational presentations are offered throughout the year for all members and open to other interested parties on a sliding scale fee basis.
