Pinnacle Asset Holdings Inc

This corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the purposes of purchasing, mortgaging, and maintaining real estate for the use of Pinnacle family health, inc., formerly named the greater ouachita coalition providing aids resources and education, inc. (d/b/a go care community health center), and to distribute all of its income to Pinnacle family health, inc., at least annually.
