EIN 88-2528047 · Snapshot of IRS recognition, filing currency, financial health, and governance.
Over a year ago , when I was in the 9th grade in high school I wanted to help children during the pandemic. I believe the children are the future of our society and the greatest asset a community has. My goal was to help underprivileged moms and poor parents by providing nutritional food, free day care, clothing , books and toys in the hope the grow with healthy body and healthy mind. That late summer (unfortunately), I fell ill and ending spending several weeks at the hospital. I am still receiving treatment under doctors care. I knew that I can not proceed with the project and elected instead to terminate the foundation with The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts - that processor was completed on Aug 2.2023
