To create a recreational and educational organization committed to giving all eligible youth, regardless of race, color, creed or athletic ability, the freedom to explore the game of Softball. To develop and encourage sportsmanship and playing proficiency by all players and persons involved in the sport of Softball. To do any and all acts necessary or desirable in the furtherance of the foregoing purposes and the sport of Softball.
