Healthy Communities and Wellness Alliance

(a) improve the behavioral health ecosystem, primarily in Arizona but in other Communities that the Board may identify, with the intent of improving behavioral, physical, and mental health; (b) explore, advance, and implement whole-systems, integrated, approaches to improving behavioral health and problem solving in at risk or economically-disadvantaged Communities; (c) form and/or participate in strategic alliances, partnerships, and joint ventures with other non-profit and for-profit enterprises to further the Corporation?s mission; (d) raise funds and resources for projects that further the Corporation?s mission; and (e) take all other appropriate action in furtherance of such purposes?including but not limited to providing funds, resources, and programs to facilitate and encourage systemic changes that allow the entire health ecosystem to thrive?and to conduct any and all lawful activities for which corporations may be incorporated under Title 10, Chapter 26, Arizona Revised Statut
