Art Society at Loblolly Acres Inc

Nestled in the heart of Central Delaware Loblolly Acres is more than a destination - its a gathering place where music fills the fields and community comes alive on a cherished family-owned farm in Viola. Since reopening in 2021 thousands have gathered here to celebrate connect and create lasting memories in Kent County. In 2022 we launched our nonprofit The Art Society at Loblolly Acres to deepen that impact. Our mission is to cultivate arts nature and community - creating welcoming spaces where creativity flourishes connections grow and life in Central Delaware is enriched for all. 100% of all event proceeds benefit the Art Society. Our 2025 season was a major milestone for Loblolly Acres highlighted by our first sold-out lawn concert featuring Country Legend Tracy Byrd with half the tickets sold in 15 minutes.
