Provide technical assistance and professional support and development to government organizations, nonprofits, and the general public to help them more effectively serve their audiences and maximize their potential. This includes, but is not limited to people, entities, and systems that serve people experiencing homeless people with low incomes, people with disabilities, and others with life challenges.
