The purpose of the corporation shall include but is not limited to, creating conditions where people and organization can align and integrate all of their systems to serve the citizens of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who experience gaps in meeting basic human needs such as healthy foods, safe shelter, meaningful work, clean water and air, education, supportive family and social networks, and adequate income and savings to meet such needs in order to allow each and every citizen of the city of Pittsburgh to develop to their fullest potential and to help transform Pittsburgh into the best city in the world in which to live.
