Homes With Heart Foundation

HWHF provides shared housing solutions for individuals recovering from addiction or experiencing housing insecurity. To support this mission, the organization operates two men's sober living Homes in aurora, Colorado. Program participants come from diverse backgrounds, including individuals who have experienced homelessness, veterans, people involved in the justice system, and those transitioning directly from residential treatment facilities. Approximately 2535% of residents identify as members of minority communities.each participant is offered the opportunity to obtain employment, sustain their recovery, and prepare for independent living within a safe and supportive environment. Participants may remain in the program as long as they maintain sobriety and comply with all house rules and expectations.
