Suffit, inc. is an organization that seeks to partner with people struggling with addiction that may be involved in serving a sentence in a correctional facility or in an early intervention program through a specialty court. Our program is a 15 month culinary art program that has 5 components. They are: 1. Culinary arts and hospitality program through the auguste escoffier school of culinary arts online campus. 2. Christian discipleship through daily morning prayer and Bible teaching one night a week from various teachers with an emphasis on recovery. Interacting with members of the body of Christ in order to create a safe space for relationships to develop that are integral to healing. 3. Physical wellness: we emphasize the importance of sound nutrition as we learn about ingredients and regular exercise. We hope to have an exercise class once a week at our facility. 4. Financial wellness: we will partner with a local gentleman who has been trained through the Catholic church to teach
