The charitable purpose of the foundation is to empower black individuals and persons of color (poc) within the creative realm. Through a robust program of education, philanthropy, and activism, the BBF aims to actively dismantle the structures of systemic racism that have long pervaded our society. Our primary objective is to foster an environment that nurtures the talents and potentials of these individuals, enabling them to flourish within their respective creative domains. By providing necessary resources and platforms, the BBF fosters an ecosystem of diversity, inclusion, and equitable representation for creatives, especially the next generation of leaders.
