Aram Soba Raanana Inc

The purpose for which the corporation exists is to maintain the age-old sephardic jewry customs and traditions established in aleppo, syria, known as "Aram Soba," including through education, supporting religious organizations following the Aram Soba traditions and historical research, and lawfully doing any and all things necessary, suitable and proper for the accomplishment of this purpose. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, the corporation shall neither have nor exercise any power or authority, either expressly, by interpretation or by operation of law, nor directly or indirectly engage in any activity, that would prevent it from qualifying (and continuing to qualify) as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
