The organization fosters amateur sports competitions. The organization is dedicated to the intersection of athletics, education and mental health. It runs amateur ahtletic events that emphasize good sportsmanship and educate participants about the importance of, be aware of, and maintaining, their mental health. All participants will be required to abide by the values of positive coaching, competing fairly and with respect for all involved.participants will be exposed to information about how to regulate their emotions in a way that is healthy for them and those around them.
