This Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, education, religious, or scientific purposes, including, such purposes the making of distribution to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Our Mission is to eliminate homelessness, poverty, and hunger by providing tangible resources to empower individuals and families in the community. Other activities such as housing, clothes, transportation, food pantry etc. as the corporation grow.
