Catholic Community Response Team

Catholic Community Response Team provides direct support and referral services to those in crisis needing emergency assistance to meet their basic needs. We do it in a manner inspired by the Gospel of Jesus. Our focus is to keep families in their home or assist unhoused persons to get into and maintain housing. Provide a Christian compassionate Response to those in need primarily within but not limited to the City of Pontiac. Provide intake services and assessments based on client needs to build a relationship in order to overcome small hurdles which hinder self-sustainability. Coordinate our efforts with other Community agencies and providers to make the best use of available resources and to provide appropriate referrals to broaden the scope of our Response.
