To provide, directly or indirectly, assistance and benefit, financial or otherwise, to Wesleyan Homes inc. to undertake activities that would otherwise normally be undertaken by Wesleyan Homes inc., including, but not limited to, operating a retirement community for the elderly, to acquire, hold title to, construct, maintain, and lease real property to support, perform the functions of, carry out the purpose of and otherwise benefit the activities of Wesleyan Homes, inc.
