South Plainfield Wrestling Club

The organization provides support for youth wrestlers of the South Plainfield central Jersey midget Wrestling team, junior varsity and novice wrestlers as well as the South Plainfield middle school program. Support is provided to the South Plainfield recreation program through the provision of uniforms, equipment, Wrestling clinics, organization of state-wide tournaments and financial assistance for tournament entry fees and travel for its members. The organization also supports wrestlers who participate in camps and tournaments throughout the country and around the world. In carrying out the purpose for which the organization was formed, the organization teaches good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority through experienced leadership. This is accomplished through the club's Wrestling clinic which provides educational instruction to youth wrestlers for the purpose of developing and advancing their capabilities.
