Lancaster Harm Reduction Project Inc

Lancaster Harm Reduction Project(LHRP) provides non-judgemental services, including syringe access, harm reducation, basic healthcare, education, and risk Reduction counseling, to the most vulnerable and hard-to-reach populations of the Pennsylvania counties of harrisburg, Lancaster, and York. LHRP seeks to assist the homeless, the uninsured, injection drug users, and sex workers.
