New Bern York Rite Holding

The organization is a masonic organization. It is a Holding corporation for the real estate of the York Rite bodies in New Bern, nc. The corporation maintains the building and land owned by the York Rite bodies. The building provide a place for the York Rite bodies to meet and have money raising affairs. The corporation provides a meeting place for several other masonic related organizations to meet for a small charge. The corporation also rents the building for various other activities, not masonic related. The corporatino also has allowed branch banking and trust company to building a building on their land and has a long term lease to them for the land. Main mission: the corporation was formed to assume title to land on which the New Bern York Rite bodies could meet, store costumes and equipment, and present degree work to candidates wanting to join. It si allied with the ancien & accepted order of masons of the United States.
