Provide an environment for kids that promotes their enjoyment, appreciation, and understanding of the game of Baseball. We strive to develop the kids as both players and people. We will provide this in a positive, age-appropriate manner. While we respect the competitive nature of the game of Baseball, we will treat individual and team successes and failures as a vehicle for growth and future development. All adult participants, including managers, coaches, umpires and parents, will model behavior at games and practices on and off the field that is positive, charitable and sportsmanlike.
