Access to Advanced Health Institute

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literacy or educational purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as hereafter amended (the "code"). The specific purpose is research in the field of infectious diseases and cancers and the development of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics for such diseases, and to take such other actions, either directly or through other organizations, as are consistent with these purposes and with its tax- exempt status under section 501(c)(3).
