The primary purpose for which this corporation is organized is to operate programs and to promote, solicit, manage, and distribute funds and resources to further the development and welfare of the people, organizations and the busines communities of North America through activities which are exclusively charitable, educational or scientific. Such activities may include, but not be limited to, operating charitable, educational or scientific programs; making distributions to qualifyuing charitable, educational or scientific organizations; sponsoring educational and training programs relating to the operation of the market system and consumer and busineses' obligations in order to minimize disagreements in the market place; providing or supporting alternative dispute resolution programs in accordance with local, state and federal law as an alternative to the court system for resolving disputes and to divert such disputes from the courts to these alternative resolution mechanisms; providin
