Rachel Royston Perm Scholarship Foundation of Alpha Sigma State

The Scholarship is open to women educators working on post baccalaureate studies in the field of education at a nationally or regionally accredited college or university, who are bona fide residents of Washington State. Successful applicants will show evidence of Scholarship, professional service, potential for future service in education and promise of distinction.
