Stowers Investment Holding Corporation

The corporation is organized under section 501(c)(2) for the exclusive purpose of Holding title to property, collecting income therefrom, and distributing the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to one or more organizations exempt under code section 501(a) exclusively for charitable, educational or scientific purposes within the meaning of code section 501(c)(3).
