To raise funds which will be used to increase ongoing public investment in Cultural, history, heritage and humanities. By amplifying artists work, publicizing creativity around the State of Oregon, advocating for equal access to funding and exposure, and creating and promoting grants for organizations that produce innovate, world-class programming, CACF will strive to create a thriving environment for arts, culture, heritage and humanities across Oregon.
