Stewards of the Swan Valley

The organization is dedicated to preserving the community, culture, and environment in the Swan Valley and adjacent areas in Western montana. We serve as a resource and advocacy group for individuals and organizations concerned with the potential development by property owners, timber companies, businesses, conservation groups, the state of montana, and the us forest service. We collect information on planned activities and developments, research the appropriate statutes and policies, and make the community aware of potential impacts.
