To provide for underprivileged children and their families for the holidays. We fundraise beginning july 1st of every year by selling tickets for the duck derby, and host our annual duck derby on labor day weekend. Each duck has a number and that number coincides with a ticket which individuals purchase during the fundraising time frame. All of the fundraising for the duck derby benefits our annual Shop With a cop, held on the second saturday in december. Donations are accepted year round from the public. Since we began, over 3,000 local students have benefited from the program. This year we were able to take 170 kids shipping for Christmas. All funds are deposited into the Shop With a cop, inc. account.
