Capital Area Development, inc. was established for exclusively charitable purposes to participate in a project with the young men's Christian association of the Capital Area, a louisiana non-profit corporation (ymca Capital Area), which promotes the mental, moral and spiritual welfare of the young men of baton rouge, louisiana, and translates the values of Christian heritage into programs that build strong kids, strong families and strong communities. The corporation will devote 100 percent of its time providing and fostering low- and moderate- income housing and engaging in other activities to increase housing, economic Development and social services throughout baton rouge, louisiana.
