To serve as a much-needed umbrella in the affordable Housing ecosystem involved in all things affordable Housing for low-income people. Eq Housing Advisors shall advocate and work to drive policy, provide rental and/or for-sale thru acquisitions and/or development, invest in projects that provide affordable Housing for low income persons, advice, mentor and consult with other sponsors/developers involved in providing affordable Housing for low income persons, serve as a philanthropic organization in general in the ecosystem of Housing for lower income persons, and to sell Housing units to residents/owners who make no more than 80-120 percent of the area's median income as computed and published by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
