Humanitarian HANDS Foundation

Humanitarian HANDS foundation (the "corporation") is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of sections 501(c)(3), 170(c)(2)(b), 2055(a)(2) and 2522(a)(2) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended or the corresponding section of any future United States internal revenue law (the "code"), including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described in section 501(c)(3) and 170(c)(2) of the code. The corporation is a supporting organization, within the meaning of code section 509(a)(3) to Humanitarian HANDS charities, a Texas nonprofit corporation ("publicly supported organization"). The corporation's purposes include, but are not limited to supporting and empowering impoverished and vulnerable families globally by providing access to education, healthcare, housing and training in culturally relevant life skills.
