Two Hearts Community Development

The mission of Two Hearts Community Development is to develop housing options for a wide range of de-homed Americans. Our focus includes, but is not limited to, families, seniors, the disabled, and veterans who are in need and lack access to permanent housing options. The key to the success of this approach is innovative funding sources, thoughtful facility design, and collaborative supportive services. Partnerships with educational, business, governmental, and other Community resources will also help ensure long term success of these housing options. The overall goal is to help this population of de-homed Americans stabilize their lives and productively engage with the rest of society.
