Mount Vernon Preservation Society

It is the mission, duty, and purpose of MVPS to permanently preserve this historical, sacred site which includes the church, the inactive cemetery, and the deeded acreage surrounding them and to honor the people who are buried there by following best practices for historical cemeteries. In addition, the society serves the public through education, events, and historic research.
