Soul Bridge Ministry

Soul Bridge ministry is organized for religious and educational purposes. This nonprofit organization is established to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ that manifests the whole counsel of god by means of research in public theology, providing biblical counseling sessions for its church members, cross-church communication, literature and media publication. Soul Bridge ministry is organized exclusively as a not-for-profit, non-commercial Christian mission organization under one or more specified purposes of the internal revenue code section 501 (c) (3). No part of the net income of Soul Bridge ministry shall be used to benefit or distribute to its directors, officers, or any other private person, except for the reasonable compensation paid for services rendered to Soul Bridge ministry. Soul Bridge ministry shall in no event be substantially involved in any political activities, including influencing legislation, participating in or intervening in any political campaign
