The organization was formed to provide support to people in the local community suffering from debilitating and crippling neurological diseases. The org. Aims to help cover expenses such as for medical equipment, aides, paying for medication if not covered by insurance and for CO-pays, and house renovations where needed to make the patients' home disabled accessible. The activity of the org. Will consist of raising funds and disbursing them either as reimbursements of monies laid out or by paying the vendors directly. The fundraising and disbursements will be performed by the board members or non-paid volunteers. Funds will be raised from the public and disbursed to the needy individuals as explained above. Each individual will be evaluated as to his or her needs and helped accordingly.
