Promoting careers in the banking industry for underserved and urban communities with emphasis on communities of color through outreach and educational programs to promote workforce diversity. Communities of color have been historically under represented in the banking industry, and the foundation hopes to change this through its educational and outreach programs by exposing individuals to potential banking careers who may not have been otherwise exposed.
