Provide peer to peer grief support to kids and families who have lost a loved one. Through activities such as art, gardening, cooking/baking, sports, and games, we help kids and families navigate through their grief journey. Provide a safe environment where they can share and express how they feel will out any judgment. We provide coping skills to participants to be able to handle those moments that may overwhelm them. In addition, we provide dinner to families during the night of support to aliviate one other thing they need to worry about when they attend Night of Support. We also provide care packages to kids and families who are unable to attend our Night of Support. In the packages we provide grief activities, grief journal, and grief resources to the parents/caregivers. Furthermore, we hold external activities outside of our Night of Support for parents/caregivers, such as meditation sessions, paint nights, sound baths, and flower bouquet building.
