Strengthening the Barberton community through preservation-based economic development of our historic downtown including, without limitation, to stimulate, promote, sponsor, and encourage economic development and restructureing in the city of Barberton Ohio, foster cooperation and leadership with local businesses, improve the image and appearance of the city, and receive, administer, and distribute funds in furtherance of the corporations charitable purposes.
