Catawba County Chamber Foundation

In 2024, the Catawba County Chamber foundation led the development of the Catawba County talent strategy, a multi-phase, cross-sector effort to address workforce challenges and build a sustainable talent pipeline. Phase I engaged over 100 business leaders via interviews and focus groups, resulting in a report identifying 9 private-sector talent priorities. Phase ii launched the development of a comprehensive strategy, guided by a 45- member steering committee and supported by over 425 stakeholders through a survey, 6 additional focus groups and interviews with key leaders. A final strategic roadmap is expected by may 2025.
