Foundational work to build the business plan and organizing framework of the dreams experience academy to scale through partnerships. The dea is an innovative, non-profit, community-based learning and student-led business enterprise. Designed to open career pathways into the $3 Trillion media, entertainment, and tech industries, the dea equips and empowers motivated but under-championed youth in grades 7-12, including those experiencing chronic absenteeism, to earn their seat at the table, while enabling the host community to produce more entrepreneurs and accelerate its own economic independence.
