Up & Forward Care Support Foundation Inc

The corporation is formed for the charitable purpose of alleviating poverty, specifically: (a) soliciting charitable contributions for the benefit of poor, distressed, and at-risk care workers providing health and human services; (b) providing income-assistance in the form of grants to address economic insecurity affecting such care workers including, but not limited to, ensuring accessibility to food, housing, transportation, healthcare, childcare, safety, and education; (c) coordinating provision of subsidized or reduced-cost services for the benefit of such care workers to enable them to obtain and maintain stable employment; (d) empowering care workers to attain economic stability by offering educational, employment, and vocational counseling; and (e) conducting any and all lawful activities which may be necessary or useful for advancement and promotion of education in the arts in the furtherance, accomplishment or attainment of the foregoing purposes.
